irq/61-WACF2200 constantly running CPU

I believe this may be related to the touchscreen driver. How do I disable the touchscreen driver? I cannot find a BIOS setting for disabling the touchscreen.

irq/61-WACF2200 constantly runs the cpu at 3.7%. How do I kill that process and stop it?

The issues seems to be related to this Thinkpad problem:

I disabled Trackpad/Touchpad and Trackpoint in the BIOS forcing me to have to use a mouse but it got ride of irq/118-ELAN067 hogging the CPU. But irq/61-WACF2200 still remains a cpu hog.

Using a Thinkpad X13 Yoga Gen 2 with Ubuntu 20.04 fully up to date. X13 Yoga Gen 2 has given me nothing but problems.
