PITCH Black background google chrome search

So uhh when i searched on my google i saw its background really black, is this normal? at first it was ok it isnt a really pitch black background but the highlights in the google searches where desaturated blue and then now its realy blue (normally now) but the background is really black, is there a problem here? enter image description here
